You may remember during last college football season, Nissan rolled out the first iteration of its popular “Diehard Fan” smartphone app. Before long, the app was everywhere, and fans of local squads like Arizona and Arizona State were quick to put faux paint on their faces to show their allegiance. Now, just in time for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Nissan has introduced the new Diehard Fan Nations App, allowing users to show their national pride as well. It offered on both Apple and Android devices, and is even available in multiple languages.

In recent years, few causes have inspired such a large amount of public outcry as has texting while driving. As phones have become more ubiquitous in our cars, so too has the desire to use them, which has led to an enormous surge in the amount of accidents and injuries that can be directly attributed to the distraction that our phones cause. It’s been made illegal in most states, and the amount of public awareness has never been greater.
However, more can always be done, and to that end, Nissan has launched the Red Thumb driver safety campaign, starring The Voice judge, Maroon 5 frontman and friend of the family Adam Levine.

Nissan and NBC join up for “The Voice” App
Over the last few years, few television programs have been as unavoidable as NBC’s The Voice. It not only has made household names out of the likes of Blake Shelton and Cee Lo Green, it’s also helped to rid the world of American Idol. (Okay, not yet, but it’s coming.) Hoping to get in on the action, Nissan has now teamed up with NBC to bring us the official app for The Voice, giving fans of the singing competition a better chance than ever to connect with the show they love!
