Local Natives star in Nissan's "Off the Stage" Promotion with 2014 Nissan Rogue

Nissan Rogue “Off the Stage” Promotion

In this space, we’ve filled a pretty solid amount of space talking shop about the 2014 Nissan Rogue. We’ve hit on its great safety features, its excellent redesign and its highly functional interior space. However, with the recently released Nissan “Off the Stage” Promotion, we get to see the Nissan Rogue perform an undertaking all its own. “Sure, the Rogue is a good commuter vehicle,” the promotion suggests, “but can it successfully deliver a band to the mountains and power a mini-performance?” And to that the Rogue responds, “Yes, yes I can.”

2014 Nissan Rogue named to “Best Family Cars” List

What goes into creating a terrific family car? In all likelihood, terms come to mind such as “fuel efficiency,” “comfort,” and “convenience,” but in many cases, these terms can be pretty vague. How do you actually quantify “family-friendliness”? Thankfully, we at Avondale Nissan didn’t have to, because the fine people at Parents Magazine and Edmunds.com did it for us; they recently released their “Best Family Cars” list for 2014, and our very own 2014 Nissan Rogue made the cut as the “Best Crossover.” (Cue applause.)

Nissan Rogue Receives Best Possible Safety Rating for 2014

2014 Nissan Rogue Top Safety Pick

When you spend a lot of time around Nissan vehicles, you kind of get used to stacking up accolades. At Avondale Nissan, which serves the greater Phoenix area, we don’t keep a trophy case or anything similarly gaudy to keep a visual record of all our prizes–Probably a good thing, because where would we put our service department?–but we aren’t above a little self-congratulation. Which is nice, because we just received that the 2014 Nissan Rogue has been recognized at a Top Safety Pick+ by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). The 2014 Nissan Rogue was fully redesigned for the new model year, and it’s clear that Nissan didn’t sleep on safety when they were sitting at the draft table. The designation of “Top Safety Pick+” is the highest-available ranking, a result of the Rogue earning a best-possible “Good” score in all five categories.
