Behold! The Glorious Future of Nissan!

Future of Nissan

If you’ve been paying attention to the regular feed of information coming out of Avondale Nissan, then you’ve undoubtedly noticed that there is a lot to talk about. New models, outgoing models, crazy-looking concepts–there’s undoubtedly a lot going on. So where is Nissan going, as a brand? Let’s take a quick look around the bright future of Nissan, shall we?

So many new models. We’ve already sung the praises of the just-released 2015 models of the Altima, Versa and Versa Note, as well as the upcoming 2015 Murano (which we honestly couldn’t be more excited about). In addition to this, we expect to see redesigns in the coming model years of both the Titan and Frontier, with both continuing the trend toward eye-catching style that has become Nissan’s norm.
The attention to speed will continue. Without a doubt, the success of the iconic Z-Car series and GT-R models has contributed to what is fast becoming an extremely fast lineup. We’ve already seen NISMO trims become available for a variety of Nissan vehicles, adding sporty suspension and sleek styling to the existing model. Now, two new vehicles, the IDx and BladeGlider (seen above left and right, respectively) are believed to be in the early stages of production, giving additional cause for excitement.
Fuel economy numbers will continue to rise. Glancing across the Nissan lineup, it becomes plain that there is a company-wide desire to deliver excellent fuel economy. In addition to the all-electric Nissan LEAF, many Nissan models such as the Altima, Rogue and Sentra proudly deliver 30+ highway mpg. Going forward, we believe this will only continue to become more and more prevalent.
And now that we mention the LEAF… We’ve discussed the “No Charge to Charge” program already, which offers free charging to all new buyers of the Nissan LEAF for two years. Additionally, the network of Phoenix-area charging sites only continues to grow, with more sites being added all the time. With over 100,000 LEAF models sold already, it has proven to be the little EV that could.
We look forward to all that is ahead at Avondale Nissan, and we hope to share it with all of our friends in the Phoenix area. Pay us a visit today!
