In keeping with our favorite time of year in the Phoenix area — Fall, duh. — you might have noticed that we’re indulging our inner tour-guides here at Avondale Nissan. A few weeks ago, we passed along some advice regarding which pumpkin patches to visit in our area, and today we’re going to offer the natural follow-up: haunted houses near Phoenix for 2015. Let’s get right to it, shall we?

Haunted Houses near Phoenix 2015

Fear Farm — Phoenix

We’ll start with what might be the most famous haunted house in our area, Fear Farm. Voted “Best Haunted House” for 2015, this attraction features five different haunts all at one location: Chainsaw Mayhem, Undead, Legends, The Bunker: Invasion, and Mouth of Madness. Tickets range from $24.99 to $48.99 for immediate access, and the farm is open until Sunday, November 1st.

Jack & Jill’s Haunted Hill — Phoenix

On the north side of Phoenix you’ll find the Haunted Hill, which is precisely what it sounds like. An abandoned mine sets the stage for this thrill, which frequently ranks among Phoenix’s finest. Tickets range from $25 to $35, and if you have younger kids, you can even visit the location from noon to 5 pm without the scares. Open until November 1st.

The Crypt — Mesa

If you’re looking to get outside the city, try this attraction in nearby Mesa. The Crypt features three attractions in its one location near the Fiesta Mall: The Asylum, The Chaos Maze, and The Crypt. Admission to the maze is just $5, and you can do all three attractions for the low price of $23. This one stays open until October 31st.

Golfland Fright Nights — Mesa

If you’d like to try something a little different, we recommend you try the Golfland Fright Nights in Mesa. They transform the entire premises into The Gauntlet Haunted House, and then you can enjoy a round of Spooktacular Golf as well. Entry into The Gauntlet is just $15, but we recommend the $24.99 Fear and Fun Pack, which includes a round of mini-golf, a race car ride, a game of laser tag, a one-hour video game card and a haunted house admission.
So, ready to get your scare on? We hope so, and hope that you’ll come see us soon at Avondale Nissan!
