Here’s a look at the music festivals near Phoenix, AZ for 2016!

Music Festivals near Phoenix, AZ 2016

FORM Arcosanti Fest — Arcosanti, AZ — May 13-15

One of America’s foremost festivals for creative types, the FORM Arcosanti Fest, well, let’s let them explain it: “In the alien landscape of Arizona’s high desert sits the micro city of Arcosanti. For one weekend 1,200 participants will gather among its surreal architecture and terrain to experience form.” Hmm, sounds clear enough. Headliners include Skrillex and Tortoise.

7th Annual Cave Creek Balloon Festival — Cave Creek, AZ — May 28th

Combine some of the world’s most amazing hot-air balloons, great live music and Memorial Day weekend in Cave Creek for the 7th Annual Balloon Festival, one of the rare events that can credibly claim to be fun for all ages. Taking place at Cave Creek’s Rancho Manana, musical acts include Madison Holmes, Junction 10 and South of Winslow, a popular Eagles tribute band.

Tilted Earth Festival — Cottonwood, AZ — June 16-18

For the third year, the Tilted Earth Festival is returning to Cottonwood’s Riverfront Park for a celebration of culture and community. There are all sorts of craft drinks, food and fine arts, with musical headliners including Taj Mahal and Sister Sparrow & the Dirty Birds. Note for return visitors: it’s starting an hour later this year to account for the heat.

4th Annual Blues and Brews Fest — Flagstaff, AZ — June 18th

Unite at the Continental Country Club Driving Range in mid-June for the area’s premier blues festival, complete with some of the finest beers and brews found in the entire Southwest. The event runs for the length of June 18th, with musical highlights including The Sugaray Rayford Band, MonkeyJunk and Smokestack Lightning.
What better way to spend a summer evening than by listening to some outdoor music with your fellow Arizonans? We hope you decide to make the trip, and then swing by Avondale Nissan and tell us all about it!
