The reasons why are pretty simple; they offer like-new quality at a price that is much more palatable to some buyers. So what should buyers take into consideration when they’re looking at a used car? Here are a few tips for buying a used car–follow them all!

Set your budget(s). At Avondale Nissan, we talk about budgets all the time. However, it might not be in the way that you’d expect. While setting a budget to match your income is a total no-brainer, we also talk about a “logical” budget, which means, “Is vehicle X a logical buy for your needs and lifestyle?” If a person has a family, why would they buy a two-seater? If they are single and never have passengers, would they need three rows of seating? Boom. Logical budget.

Cool your impulses. Wait, what? Yes, an actual auto dealership is telling you that, surprise, it isn’t best to buy on an impulse.
